Surely gluten free means no gluten - they wouldn't claim nut free if it had 20ppm. Asda selling a box of aunt bessie chicken gravy there's 6 sachets reading ingredients no wheat products highlighted.

Unfortunately the beef gravy variant has wheat in bold print.
